Additional New Year Stuff

Hello Dreamers,

I do have other NY resolutions other than the ones concerning writing and media presence.

Visual Art

I want to do more of these. More fan art stuff, and more photo manipulates. I also want to try my hand at making my own covers. I know for the mini-series on this site they will have their own covers made by me. I also have some photo manipulates I used as thumbnails that could make good back art for covers, including he thumbnail of this post - some reading might recognise them as the thumbnail for sample readings of Whispers of the Abyss.

Tech/Programming

I really want to expand a bit into this realm. I've been doing some web scrapping lately for some stuff. I also want to look into things like automated trading, and just answering some fun questions.

One idea I have is a non-fiction book that just explains in a very granular, but plain English, how computers work, how the internet works, how the internet of things work, how machine-learning/AI works, and how all of this comes together to allow you to have Alexa play Desposeto on your speakers. Originally thought to make this an article series, but I think making it a textbook might be more helpful.

Video/Audio Editing

Aside from creating the audiobook versions of all my books, including Whispers, I also want to get into video editing more. The Dragon Tour has been sitting for too long, and I think some of you want to see/hear more about what inspires me.

If you're reading my blog you care on some level what I think. Should you? Dunno.

Personal Growth

Things I need to do in order to be a better me.

First, read more. Listen to more. Watch more. Especially the read more: doesn't feel fair to be a writer and not read anyone's work. Also could use the inspiration.

I also need to tidy up and organise. A biweekly purge out to be good for that.

Lastly, get some physical activity in. Started doing simple strength training every morning. Now, to then read every night.
