A Note on Manticore

Hello Dreamers,
In case you were not aware, there had been a massive fire in downtown Orillia, Ontario this week. Said blaze was attributable to intentional arson: https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/man-charged-orillia-historic-fire-1.7440355
The relevance for Space Whale Dreams is that Manticore Books is a brick and mortar storefront where my books are for sale. Perhaps out of the way for most of you reading, these things do have an importance for increased visibility and exposure within the immediate community. I also know not everyone wants to shop on Amazon for books.
I did reach out to the business, and got confirmation that they were far enough away from the fire that their business hadn't been seriously damaged. Still, scary.

Ah Canada 🇨🇦 that storefront is right out of a story. Closer to Santa maybe but in Florida we don't see that quality very much in the seemingly endless rows of stripmalls. Glad no harm came to the art inside.
